Garrett was a lead actress in a Crossfade "Cold" music video. The career began with TV appearances programs, like pilots and Entourage, she starred as the female lead in Turistas. The other roles she played were Frankie Raye, the lead in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and the sequel of Fantastic Four. In 2009, the spring was when she filmed the 2010 movie Tron: Legacy, alongside Olivia Wilde. In 2010, Garrett appeared in the Season 6 episode of House, "Remorse", once as a guest with Wilde.
